Geoffrey A. Kuter, Ph.D.,
CEO
Dr. Kuter has more than twenty-five years
experience in the design and operations of
composting facilities for biosolids, leaf and
yard waste, food processing residues, and
various organic wastes. One of the original
employees of International Process Systems (IPS),
he was directly responsible for the design, start-up, and operation of numerous in-vessel composting facilities and the development of biofilter systems for controlling odors.
A graduate of the University of Wisconsin, Madison, he conducted postdoctoral research with Dr. H.A.J. Hoitink on the use of composts for the suppression of soil-borne plant diseases. This pioneering research has led to the widespread acceptance of composts in the nursery industry and the patented process of inoculation of composts with various microorganisms for biological disease control. Dr. Kuter is the author of more than thirty-five scientific and technical papers in the fields of solid waste management, composting, and soil microbiology.

David Harding,
President
Dave has more than twelve years of
experience in the green industry; he has a
passion for golf course turf management,
horticulture, and landscape construction.
Prior to joining Agresource Dave directed a
landscape construction business in
Massachusetts and worked in the custom soils
and compost business. Dave has handled the
planning and management of large-scale construction and maintenance projects. He has direct experience using both composts and soils for sustainable landscaping projects. Since 2012, Dave has worked alongside architects, engineers and soil consultants manufacturing soil and compost for projects and customers throughout New England. Dave holds a BA in Economics from Wheaton College.

Michael Carignan,
Vice President
Mike is an experienced turf manger with 10 years’
experience with high intensity golf course
management. He has worked at both The Country
Club in Brookline MA and Shelter Harbor Golf Club
in Charleston, RI where he held the position of
Assistant Golf Course Superintendent. Mike transitioned
into sales in 2013 as a distributor sales representative for professional turfgrass management products.

Mike holds a B.S. in Sport Management from Colby-Sawyer College and a MPS in Turfgrass Management from Pennsylvania State University.
Kevin Crawford
Director of New Site Development
With over 15 years in the Green Industry with
extensive work experience ranging from project
management to high intensity turfgrass
management, Kevin joined Agresource in 2017
and fills the role of Facility/Operations Manager for
the company. Overseeing day to day and long term
operational planning at multiple sites. With an expanding
company this role is vital to keeping up our high
standards of quality materials and service while balancing day to day challenges of equipment, personnel, weather and product needs. With his variety of experience and knowledge base we are looking forward to seeing Kevin grow this role around his strengths and the company’s collective goals.
Kevin holds a B.S in Environmental Horticulture/Turfgrass Managment from the University of Rhode Island.
Dana Spaulding,
Director of Product Sales
A Dana Spaulding comes to
Agresource with 20 plus years of Green Industry
experience ranging from Landscape Construction,
Habitat Restoration and Nursery Sales.
Dana has managed Federal, State and Municipal
projects that involved specialty soil mixes for
Wetland Creation, Bioretention swales and planting
mixes for Native and Ornamental tree and shrub plantings on both the East and West Coasts. Dana transitioned to Nursery Sales in 2015 servicing Landscape Contractors, Building and Grounds Departments, and Retail Garden Centers both on the road and in house.
Joining Agresource in the spring of 2018, Dana held the previous position of Product Specialist and personally handles product sales of compost, soil and sand for VT, while managing the entire product sales team.
